    Our skilled service technicians arrive at your home or business on time, with tools in hand, and ready to work. We are a fully insured contractor and our attention to detail, customer service, and punctuality sets us apart from the rest.

  • Will I need to have the materials before A1 Handyman begins work?

    A1 Handyman stocks many common items, which mean fewer trips to purchase materials during our visits. If there are any supplies needed for the job, you have a number of options:

    • Purchase the materials ahead of time and save some money associated with material handling/pick-up costs.
    • Shop for any materials not on hand while our technician is working.
    • Accompany the technician at the home center to select and purchase the materials. Utilize the technician’s professional expertise and truck to transport those materials.
    • Have A1 Handyman pick up the materials for you. However, be advised that if the technician gets your supplies, he is “on the clock” and this time is billed at our regular rate.
  • What type of warranty or guarantee do you offer?

    A1 Handyman values customers. Your complete satisfaction is our guarantee. You can trust our experienced and insured employees to repair and maintain your home or business. Our number one priority is to provide exceptional service on time, every time.

  • Are your technicians insured?

    Yes, all A1 Handyman employees are covered under general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

  • Why is it important that the person who is providing service in my home have insurance?

    If the technician gets injured while working, they are covered under workers compensation. There will be no need to file a claim with your home owner’s insurance.

  • How do you charge?

    A1 Handyman typically charges by the job, not by the hour since most consumers want to know exactly what a project will cost before beginning the project. Each estimate is based on time and materials.

  • Can I get an estimate?

    A1 Handyman can understand your desire for an estimate. In most cases, we can provide a good estimate of the costs involved via telephone. However, if the project is complicated and requires more investigation and discussion, we will arrange a visit to your home or place of business and provide you with a free, no obligation estimate. If you agree with the investment we can begin work or schedule a convenient time. If for some reason you don't agree with the estimate, then just say, "I'm not interested at this time." It's just that simple.


    When the A1 Handyman arrives at your home to begin work, we will review the job specifics with you to confirm the length of time needed to complete the job and then begin working on your project.

  • How do I pay?

    A1 Handyman is happy to receive payment by check, or credit card for services rendered. You can either give a check to the technician at the end of the job, or pay with a credit card.
